Research- We analyze and access the total value of your personal property and establish the "estimated market value" prior to consigning the inventory to be sold.
Clean up- We are here to make it easy for you, after your sale we can remove all debris to trash and donate remaining items leaving the home "broom clean". This service is at your discretion and per the contract.

My husband and I were overwhelmed with the prospect of helping a senior friend of ours downsize from his home of 37 years to an assisted living studio. We had a 2 week trip to France planned and needed to move our friends stuff fast. We called Gwen & Susan and were lucky they had an opening in their schedule.
